Choose the document that answers the request

Qiwa provides separate certificate services. Its experience-certificate service lets an employee issue, view, download or print professional-experience certificates. Its salary-certificate service provides current employment and salary information and can be issued without waiting for employer approval, according to Qiwa's service description.

Ask the receiving organization what it needs before sending a file. A former-service experience certificate, a current salary certificate and a copy of an employment contract answer different questions. Sending all three can expose more personal information without improving the application.

Open the certificate service in Qiwa Individuals

Go to the official Qiwa site and sign in to your individual account. Qiwa accepts an identity number or email at sign-in and uses official identity verification for account registration. From Services, choose the certificate service that matches the document you need.

Use your own account and device where possible. Do not give a recruiter or document agent your password, Nafath request or one-time code. A legitimate recipient can ask for a certificate, but it does not need to control your personal account to receive the finished document.

Issue a current salary or employment certificate

Qiwa's published instructions direct the employee to Services, then the salary-certificate service, and to choose Issue Certificate. Select the relevant current contract or employment record and follow the fields shown on the live screen. Review the preview before issuing when that option is available.

Qiwa's definition says the certificate contains essential information about the current job, including employer, job title, joining date and salary-related details. If a field is wrong, do not alter the PDF. Compare it with the Qiwa contract and ask the employer to correct the underlying employment record through the proper service.

Issue an experience certificate for a recorded job

Open the experience-certificate service and choose the professional record offered by Qiwa. Generate the certificate, then download or print it using the available control. The service can only work from employment experience recorded in the platform; it is not a tool for manually adding unsupported jobs to a document.

Check the establishment, occupation and employment dates. If a past job is absent or the dates differ, collect the contract, termination or transfer record and the employer's written confirmation before contacting support. Describe the missing data precisely instead of requesting a generic new certificate.

Keep the certificate verifiable

Qiwa provides a public document-validity tool that uses certificate information. Share the complete official PDF or the verification details requested by the recipient. Do not crop out a certificate number while claiming the file can still be independently verified, and do not replace a field in an image editor.

A successful validity check confirms the Qiwa document associated with the entered details; it does not make every separate statement in a job application true. Recipients should compare the certificate with the role and period relevant to their decision. Employees should keep the original downloaded file unchanged.

Share only through the intended channel

Certificates may contain salary, identity, employer and verification information. Send them to the named bank, embassy, landlord or employer through its official upload or contact channel. If you need general help online, create a redacted copy that removes identity numbers, salary, certificate references, QR codes and signatures.

Save the original in a private folder with the issue date and purpose. If the recipient requires a recent certificate, issue a new one rather than changing the displayed date. When the certificate service is unavailable, retain the error and try the official Qiwa support route; avoid third-party templates that imitate government documents.

If a contract or past job is missing

A missing record and a failed certificate download are different problems. If the correct job is visible but the file will not generate, record the technical error and certificate type. If the job itself is absent, collect the employment contract, start and end dates, transfer or termination status, and any employer correspondence that identifies the period.

Contact Qiwa or the employer with a specific correction request. State which establishment and period are missing and which evidence supports them. Do not ask a new employer to recreate an old employer's certificate on its letterhead, and do not merge several jobs into one unofficial PDF.

For an urgent application, tell the receiving organization that the official record is under correction and ask what temporary evidence it accepts. Label temporary documents accurately; a contract or payslip is not a Qiwa certificate. Once the source record is corrected, issue a fresh certificate and replace the temporary evidence through the recipient's proper channel.
