The limits Qiwa clarified

Saudi Gazette reported that Qiwa set a maximum of five instant visas for newly established businesses operating for less than two years. It also reported that eligible businesses operating for more than two years may obtain up to 50 instant visas at entity level within a week.

These are maximum limits, not automatic entitlements. The available number depends on the establishment’s eligibility and recruitment quota.

Compliance requirements still apply

The report lists conditions including active establishment records, valid employee work permits, commercial registration where required, appropriate Nitaqat status, wage-protection compliance and assignment of employee work locations through Qiwa.

Employers should use the current Qiwa service screens and official guidance before planning recruitment. Prospective workers should not pay for a visa offer or travel until the visa, profession and employer details can be independently verified.
